Inventory, specifications, availability, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Photos may be for illustration only. Errors are unintentional and do not create a binding offer. A binding sale requires a written agreement signed by an authorized Ridemora representative.

4. Financing and credit applications

Financing is provided by third-party lenders. Approval, rates, and terms are determined by the lender and are not guaranteed. By submitting a financing application, you consent to Ridemora and its chosen lender(s) obtaining and exchanging credit and employment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Trade-in offers

Any online trade-in valuation is a preliminary estimate only and is not a binding offer. Final value is subject to physical inspection.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ridemora and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
