We take the protection of your personal and financial documents seriously. Our current controls include:

All traffic between your browser and our services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and files at rest are encrypted by our storage provider.
Uploaded documents live in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible; every access requires an authenticated, short-lived signed link.
Each customer can only access their own documents; access is enforced by row-level security policies at the database layer, not just in the UI.
Every uploaded file is validated for type and scanned for malware by an industry virus-scanning service before it becomes accessible to our team.
Every time a Ridemora team member downloads one of your documents, we record who, when, and from where in an immutable audit log.
Customer accounts require a minimum 12-character password checked against known data-breach lists, and portal sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Access to customer records is limited to authorized Ridemora personnel and, when you consent, our lending partners.

No system is perfectly secure, but we continually review and tighten our controls. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately using the details below.

7. Your rights
